Can Zoloft increase anxiety and isn't the dosage 3 times a day too high?

Good morning
My mother has been taking zoloft for 2 months, but in my opinion these doses are too high. She takes 2 pills every morning and 3 in the evening. My mother was terribly numb, she forgets herself a lot. In my opinion, he has even greater fears than before dosing. She has terrible phobias such as that she is in debt, something breaks down every now and then, and she is afraid to leave the house because she thinks that everyone is looking at her and judging her. Is it possible that this drug can increase anxiety?

The dosage of the drug is determined by a specialist, but - taking into account the description of the situation - it is worth consulting the doctor again, because the patient's health condition indicates the need to analyze the effectiveness of the current treatment. Zoloft is a medication used to treat anxiety and depressive symptoms. It should not exacerbate neurotic disorders, but each patient may react differently to a specific antidepressant and sometimes it is necessary to change the treatment strategy. After two months from the start of treatment, the effects of the treatment should already be visible.
