Betaloc ZOK is a prescription drug, so its dosage should be chosen by a doctor based on your health condition and treatment history.
According to the SmPC: "Betaloc ZOK is for once daily use and can be taken with or without food. A tablet of Betaloc ZOK should be swallowed with liquid. The tablets and their halves should not be chewed or crushed."
