Hello, I use seronil 20 mg, I had a procedure for which I had to use the antibiotic Azicin 500 mg for 3 days, plus I took 4 tablets of ketonal 100 mg for 2 days. I feel a slight crease in my stomach, can there be something wrong with me?

Yes, azithromycin (Azicin) and ketoprofen (Ketonal) can cause a squeezing/discomfort sensation in the stomach.
Azithromycin is an antibiotic from the macrolide group that can cause various side effects on the digestive system. The most commonly reported symptoms are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain.
Ketoprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that can also cause gastrointestinal side effects. These symptoms may include abdominal pain, indigestion or heartburn.
If you experience a severe or persistent feeling of squeezing in your stomach during or after using these medications, it is worth consulting your doctor. On your own, you can use proton pump inhibitors (e.g. Pantoprazole, Omeprazole), which will reduce the secretion of gastric juice, drotaverine (e.g. No-Spa) - which will have a diastolic effect. You can also maintain an easily digestible diet for the next few days, and include probiotics in your daily routine to restore the bacterial flora after antibiotic therapy. The medicines I mentioned can be purchased at an online pharmacy in the home delivery option:
