If I start blister Symonette On Thursday, at the end of the cycle, should I go back to the pills from the beginning?

Yesterday my doctor prescribed me Symonette tablets. And here is my question. I start using it from the first row from the day my period starts. Let's say it's Thursday. And when I get to the last pill on the blister, do I go back upstairs and finish taking it from the first row?

Yes, if the first day of your period fell on Thursday - you start with the tablet marked as Thursday, then take one tablet from the blister every day until you have selected all the tablets (i.e. at the end of the cycle you will take the tablets from the beginning of the blister).

Each tablet in the blister contains the same amount of hormone, and the indication of the days of the week is to make it easier to take the drug - to prevent missing a dose. So in practice, you could take any tablet from the blister, but then the risk of a possible mistake is greater - hence the manufacturer's recommendation to "move" in the direction of the arrows on the packaging: "Take the tablets for 28 days, taking them in the direction of the arrows on the packaging. A new pack should be started immediately after the previous pack is finished."

Here you can check the availability of the drug in pharmacies and make a reservation:
