Can semaglutide be used in combination with paroxestin and sulpiride? Whether Sulpiryd Does it affect the effects of semaglutide?

Good afternoon! I take semaglutide (an analogue of ozempic).
the other day the psychiatrist prescribed Paroxetine 20 and sulpiride 50. I have been carefully studying for the second day and sulpiride has a prokinetic effect. Although at a small dose it is minimal. Does this mean that the effect of semaglutide will be less pronounced? Because it slows down the stomach for better satiety, and sulperide speeds up a little. Is it possible to combine all these drugs?

The use of semaglutide drugs in combination with paroxetine and sulpiride should be done as directed by the treating physician. The doctor should determine how to combine the preparations.

We described how Sulpiride affects the digestive system in the opinion:

It may happen that in your case, the inclusion of Sulpiride will reduce the effect of the drug with semgalutide. If this effect persists, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. The doctor will determine whether the effect of the preparation is insignificant in the context of the effectiveness of the entire therapy. If necessary, you can also use the teleconsultation via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

We wrote about whether it is possible to combine drugs with each other in the article:
