Combining these drugs is not recommended. If your doctor has decided to use such a combination, you should follow the recommendations of the specialist and strictly follow the dosage regimen.
The use of both drugs at the same time may cause their side effects to be increased. The risk of serious disorders known as serotonin syndrome increases. It includes impaired functioning of the neuromuscular system, kidney failure, seizures, anxiety, hallucinations, agitation, high fever, increased blood pressure, diarrhoea, nausea, tachycardia, chills, increased sweating and vomiting.
If you notice any side effects, consult your doctor.
