Clindamycin is an antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. It is not a typical treatment for mosquito bites, which usually do not require antibiotic therapy unless there is an infection. A typical procedure in such cases is the use of cold compresses, antipruritics or antihistamines: (e.g. loratadine or cetirizine, they can help reduce the allergic reaction). In my opinion, therefore, the use of antibiotics is not justified.
