Should a one-time bowel movement 5 minutes after taking the medication Escapelle affects its effectiveness?

I took the pill the day after (escapelle) 12 hours after intercourse, but 5 minutes after taking the pill I went straight to the toilet and defecated, whether it was possible that I had excreted it or reduced its effect. A week after intercourse, I took a super sensitive pregnancy test and it came out negative. Do I have anything to fear?

A single bowel movement 5 minutes after taking the Escapelle tablet does not affect its effectiveness. Prompt application of the drug ensures high effectiveness of contraceptive protection (84%).
