This combination should be used for as short a time as possible. Long-term combination of Mysimba and Sirdalud increases the risk of liver disorders. If you experience abdominal pain, nausea, yellowing of the skin and eyes, discoloration of urine or other disturbing symptoms, you should consult a doctor.
