It may be worth considering the use of SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors). Serotonin stimulates nerve cells, affects mood and well-being, and its insufficient amount in synaptic clefts is considered to be the probable cause of depression.
Perhaps after consulting a doctor, it is worth considering this type of therapy.

"However, citalopram, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, sertraline and paroxetine are known to affect the serotonergic system in the brain and selectively inhibit serotonin reuptake. As a result, they increase the concentration of this neurotransmitter in the extracellular (intersynaptic) space and enable the stimulation of postsynaptic serotonin receptors on the surface of brain cells, which receive nerve impulses. As a result, an improvement in the patient's mood is observed." - improving your mood increases the desire to do activities that you once enjoyed.

I am already being treated with both pharmacology and psychotherapy, but my question was whether some medications allow me to fully return to activity

If you observe symptoms such as feelings of sadness and depression, gradual loss of previous interests and difficulties in undertaking various activities of daily living, persisting for more than 2 weeks, this condition may indicate depression. It is a serious disease that should not be underestimated and can be treated, so I recommend that you first immediately consult a psychologist who will make an initial diagnosis and assess whether a visit to a psychiatrist is necessary. In mild depression, psychotherapy and lifestyle changes may be sufficient, while in the treatment of moderate and severe depression, it may be necessary to additionally include appropriate antidepressants.
