Yes, in the initial period after increasing the dose, side effects can be observed, but they are not as severe as when starting the treatment and usually disappear much faster.
Two weeks after increasing the dose, the effect of the drug should be visible. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer for the full effect of the treatment. If the treatment is not very effective, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
