Can Gynalgin trigger a panic attack?
I suffer from anxiety neurosis, recently it has been much better when it comes to my paychic state, before yesterday I used Gynalgin in the evening, while yesterday evening I had a temporary disturbance of consciousness (which I had never experienced before) and a panic attack (which I had before), is it possible that this fear caused it?

I don't think Gynalgin can cause such a reaction, although of course any drug can cause side effects. The most common side effects observed by patients using Gynalgin relate to local ailments after vaginal administration of the drug (e.g. itching, burning of the intimate areas). If you observe similar problems again after the next application, you should see a doctor and consider changing the treatment.
