Although the manufacturer does not give any special recommendations, it is worth keeping an interval of about a month as a preventive measure.
According to the manufacturer:
'Studies with glecaprevir or pibrentasvir in rats and mice did not indicate direct or indirect harmful effects with respect to reproductive toxicity. Maternal toxicity associated with loss of embryos and foetuses due to glecaprevir has been observed in rabbits, which precluded evaluation of glecaprevir in this species at exposures equal to the clinical exposure. As a precautionary measure, the use of Maviret during pregnancy is not recommended."
