Why do I bleed with the medication Probella?

According to the package leaflet of Probella:
"Bleeding from the womb, for example in women with a disease in which the lining of the womb (endometrium) grows into a layer of the muscles in the womb, called uterine adenomatosis, or benign tumours of the womb, sometimes called uterine fibroids, may get worse with Probella. If the bleeding is heavy and lasts for a long time, it can lead to a drop in the number of red blood cells (anaemia), which can be severe in some cases. If you have anaemia, talk to your doctor if you need to stop taking Probella."

In addition, most women treated with Probella experience changes in their menstrual bleeding profile, such as spotting, irregular bleeding, or may not have a period at all. Most of the lesions disappear during therapy.
