Does eating a bun with psyllium and psyllium seeds affect the effectiveness of Yasmin contraceptive pills? I ate a roll and after about 3 hours I took a pill. Should I use additional protection?

No, eating bread enriched with grains will not affect the effectiveness of the contraceptive pills you are taking. High-fibre products consumed in therapeutic quantities in the immediate company of tablets could affect the absorption of the active substance. The addition of grains in the bun will not have such an effect. There is no need for additional protection.
