I have long bleeding, I was given cyclonamine and Duphaston. The gynaecologist told me to take 2 tablets for 10 days, then wait for my period and between 14 and 24 days take another 10 tablets 2 times a day. Only when writing me a prescription she didn't say what to take. Should I take cyclonamine first to stop the bleeding and then Duphaston? I'm still bleeding right now.

The dosage you have given most likely refers to Duphaston.
According to the manufacturer of Duphaston:
"Abnormal uterine bleeding: If treatment is initiated to stop bleeding, 20 mg or 30 mg of dydrogesterone per day for up to 10 days should be administered. When administered continuously, 10 mg or 20 mg dydrogesterone per day should be administered during the second part of the menstrual cycle. The date of initiation of treatment and the number of days on which the medicinal product will be administered depend on the individual length of each patient's menstrual cycle."
As for Cyclonamine - treatment lasts 10 days and starts 5 days before the expected start of menstruation. More here:
