I took paracetamol (apap 500) along with cholinex without sugar, all at once, but only later did I remember that cholinex can have alcohol. Is it possible to combine both drugs in this way?

Yes, Apap and Cholinex without sugar can be used together. According to the information contained in the product characteristics, Cholinex without sugar does not contain an excipient such as ethyl alcohol.
Please remember not to exceed the maximum dose for paracetamol, which is 4 grams of the substance per day.
