My mother is prescribed Oxydolor 10 mg 60 pieces. However, the pharmacy refused to give me the medicine because they said that it was written wrong dosage, i.e. ad hoc 1x1. Did the pharmacy refuse to give me the medicine?

To my knowledge, with "ad hoc 1x1" dosing, one smallest package of the drug can be dispensed. The dosage is correct, but the "ad hoc" notation does not allow for precise determination of the length of treatment. If more packages are listed, the pharmacy could question more than one smallest package.
