I understand that it is a drug containing sertraline. Usually, the first effects of treatment appear after 7 days from the start of treatment, and the full therapeutic effect is achieved after 2-4 weeks of taking the drug. At the beginning of treatment, the side effects of sertraline are most noticeable, and should subside with the length of treatment. If this does not happen, report it to your doctor.
