Squeezing the first contraceptive pill from the third week in a blister today, I noticed that the window with the placebo pill for a week (Monday) opened slightly. What in this case? Can something negative happen here? Should I take this placebo pill in a week?
In the photo you can't quite see this break.
In addition, I would like to ask in the future, what if this would happen to a tablet with an active ingredient?

Damage to the foil over the placebo pill is of no consequence. The placebo pill does not contain hormones. The addition of placebo pills makes it easier to maintain a consistent pill ritual. You can take this pill or you may not take any pill on that day. This will not affect the effectiveness of contraception.
In the case of damage to the film over the active tablet, it depends on how long the film would be damaged. In the case of film-coated pills, the use of the drug after a short time (e.g. 24 hours) does not affect the effectiveness of contraception, which we wrote about, for example, in the opinion:
On the other hand, longer damage to the blister may cause the tablet to be incomplete and it is better to replace it with a tablet from an additional package, which we wrote about, for example, here:
I encourage you to read our additional article on how to use contraception correctly:
