I had my first sexual intercourse a week ago, there was blood and it hurt during penetration (it was not deep). We tried it for the second time a week later (today) it also hurt, and now everything inside is swollen and the entrance to the vagina is purple. The guy's penis is quite big, you could feel it. Now there is an unpleasant sensation, as if everything inside is pulsating. How to proceed? Is everything okay?

It would be best to consult a gynecologist. Most likely, there is no reason to worry, but to be sure, it is worth going to a specialist for a gynecological examination.
