Yes, you can use Bioxetin and Tardyferon-Fol at the same time, they do not interact with each other. Nevertheless, it is worth separating their use and keeping an interval of about 2 hours between taking both drugs, unless the doctor recommends otherwise.
Tardyferon-Fol is recommended to be taken before or during a meal, but remember that the meal should not contain ingredients that may reduce the absorption of iron. These are primarily substances such as phytic acid (e.g. in wholegrain cereal products), polyphenols (e.g. in coffee, tea, red wine), calcium (e.g. in milk, dairy products) and some proteins (e.g. in eggs), which significantly inhibit the absorption of iron. You do not have to give up eating them, but you should keep at least a 2-hour interval between their consumption and taking the tablet. Products with a high content of vitamin C (e.g. peppers, parsley, citrus) or appropriate acids (contained in fruits and vegetables) can increase the absorption of iron.
Bioxetin is recommended to be taken with or between meals.
