How to use Lutein to delay the onset of menstruation?

I got my period on 31.05 because I took Lutein until 30.05 and the next calendar shows me that my next menstruation falls on 25.06. How do I take lutein to get another one after 26/27.06? I have important sporting events on 22-25 and my period is so heavy that I can't make it. My doctor does not answer me for help!

Lutein is a prescription drug - the dosage decision is determined by the doctor who prescribed it. Dosage should be individualised based on indication and response to treatment.
