Can back and lower abdominal pain and nausea during ovulation be related to mutual masturbation?

My boyfriend and I had mutual masturbation, first he to me, then I washed my hands to him, and after about half an hour we repeated again and I am sure that pregnancy simply cannot be, but I decided to write. Now my back hurts from below and sometimes it hurts in the very lower abdomen on the left, sometimes it may hurt on the right, but there is no discharge, and there is nausea, can it be due to the fact that I have the second day of ovulation?

In this situation, there is no risk of pregnancy if there has not been direct contact between the semen and the vagina. Lower abdominal pain and nausea during ovulation are typical symptoms and do not necessarily indicate pregnancy.

Ovulation is the process of releasing a mature egg from the ovary, which can cause discomfort in the lower abdomen and back. Nausea can also occur during this time due to hormonal changes. These symptoms are completely normal and transient.

If this situation causes you anxiety and remains, you can take a pregnancy test a few days after your expected menstrual period to be completely sure, e.g.:
