As an outsider, I am not able to give you individual medical advice on the basis of a short description alone. I cannot clearly determine whether Deniban (amisulpride) or Efexor (venlafaxine) will be a better solution in the treatment of drug-resistant depression. The choice depends on a variety of individual factors, including the type of symptoms, comorbidities, tolerability of the drug, and previous experience with other treatments. As a Pharmacist, I can only provide general information:

Deniban (amisulpride) is an atypical antipsychotic drug (also used in low doses to treat depression). It works mainly by blocking dopamine receptors D2 and D3. It is often used to treat depressive symptoms associated with psychotic disorders and drug-resistant depression. It can also be effective in low doses for depression without psychosis. As side effects, extrapyramidal side effects, increased prolactin levels, weight gain, drowsiness, and gastrointestinal symptoms may occur.

Efexor (venlafaxine) is an antidepressant (serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, SNRI). It inhibits the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine, increasing the levels of these neurotransmitters in the brain. It is effective in treating major depression, anxiety, and panic. Often used as a second-line option for refractory depression. It can cause as side effects: nausea, dry mouth, sweating, increased blood pressure, insomnia and sexual dysfunction.

The decision on which medication to use should be made together with a doctor who knows the patient's medical history and can weigh the pros and cons of each treatment in the context of the patient's specific needs. Drug-resistant depression is a complex problem and may require a combination of pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments to achieve the best results.
