No, it is not recommended to give Prolia to the mother at the same time.
Administration of Prolia during active inflammation, such as an abscess, may increase the risk of complications and infections. Therefore, any active inflammation and infections should be treated before starting treatment with Prolia. Once the abscess has healed and the inflammation has subsided, Prolia may be considered.
An abscess is an inflammatory condition that requires antibacterial treatment and surgical incision to remove pus. Prolia, on the other hand, is a drug used to treat osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and to prevent skeletal complications in patients with bone metastases.
