Can I get pregnant while taking Qlaira and Augmentin?

Is it possible to get pregnant with the simultaneous intake of Klayra and Augmentin?
I take Klayra for the first month, 26 days at the same time (the maximum difference is literally 10 minutes). Ultrasound on the 22nd day of the cycle showed an endometrial thickness of 3 mm. In connection with the disease, ENT prescribed augmentin today, and yesterday there was unprotected sexual intercourse with the end. Also, the day before yesterday, I took a drug with a small content of phenobarbital once. Will augmentin reduce the effect of COCs?

Yes, antibiotics, including Augmentin, can reduce the absorption of hormones from pills into the blood, thus reducing contraceptive effectiveness. Both while taking the Augmentin antibiotic and 7 days after its completion, it is recommended to use additional methods of contraception (e.g. condom).

In this situation, the risk of pregnancy is higher. If you have had intercourse in the last 7 days, pregnancy should be ruled out. Confirmation of the lack of pregnancy can be a pregnancy test performed about 10 days after intercourse:
