Hello, in this period I am very stressed and I forgot to take the contraceptive pill for two days, today out of fear I took three (the one of today and the two missing) can something serious happen? (I use the SLINDA pill with progestin)

Taking more (3) Slinda contraceptive pills in one day may increase the risk of side effects such as headache, abdominal pain, nausea and spotting, but does not affect contraceptive protection. Take another tablet on Wednesday at the standard time - according to the schedule.
If you forgot to take two or more tablets, there is a fairly high probability of ovulation. And contraceptive protection can be reduced. In this case, take the last missed tablet as soon as possible and continue taking the next tablets at the usual time. In addition, a barrier method of contraception (e.g. a condom) should be used for the next 7 days.
If you have had intercourse in the last 7 days, pregnancy should be ruled out. Confirmation of the lack of pregnancy can be a pregnancy test performed about 10 days after intercourse:
