Yes, you can use Irigasin and Dimista at the same time.
Before each use of an intranasal drug, it is advisable to clean the nasal openings, as this increases the effectiveness of the therapy. This can be done by, for example, blowing the nose thoroughly or just cleaning it with a 0.9% saline solution.
