No, it is not safe to take Naloxone concomitantly with anabolic steroids and SARMs such as RAD-140 and enclomiphene. Naloxone is an opioid antagonist used to treat opioid overdose, while anabolic steroids and SARMs are compounds that affect the endocrine system and muscle building.

Concomitant use of these substances can lead to serious drug interactions and liver damage. Both anabolic steroids and SARMs are metabolized in the liver, and their long-term intake can cause toxic strain on this organ. Adding naloxone to this kit may further increase the risk of hepatotoxicity (liver toxicity).
Therefore, it is strongly recommended not to combine these remedies without medical supervision.

Taking steroids, SARMs and other substances that affect the endocrine system should only be done under the strict supervision of a specialist who will assess the risks and adjust the dosage to minimize potential damage to health.
