Is it possible that I got pregnant?
A few days ago I dried myself with a towel that probably had semen on it. The partner says that he washed his hands after intercourse (he did not finish inside), but only with soap-free water. Is it possible that after wiping myself a few minutes after, with the same towel as his hands, I could get pregnant? Is such a scenario possible?

There is no such possibility.
After drying your hands with a towel in which your partner has previously wiped his hands, on which there may have been sperm, there is no possibility of getting pregnant.
In order for pregnancy to be possible, semen would have to ejaculate in the vagina - which was not the case in your case.
There is no need to worry.
