What to do if I feel bladder irritation after taking the medicine Oekolp?

I've been taking Oekolp suppositories for 3 days. Now I have an acute bladder irritation, in the sense that I constantly have the feeling that I have to go to the toilet, urination itself does not hurt. It's exactly the same feeling I have up to 1 week after a gynecological examination. Should I continue or stop the treatment?

When using Oekolp globules, local symptoms such as irritation and itching may occur. Irritation may affect the urethra area, which may affect the feeling of increased pressure.

If the symptoms of irritation do not subside or intensify, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. If necessary, you can use a teleconsultation via e.g. the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-ginekologiem

Until the consultation, the recommended treatment should not be discontinued.

I also encourage you to report adverse drug reactions. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article:

I have attached a link to check the availability of the drug and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:

I encourage you to read additional materials that may be useful:
