Can be used together krople with xylometazoline and mometasone?

Good evening! The doctor prescribed Desrinitis drops for vasomotor rhinitis (course of 15 days). After a few days of the course, I caught a cold. Due to SARS, a runny nose of a different nature appeared. Question: Is it possible to use Ximelin together with Desrinitis, in extreme cases? Are these drugs compatible?

Desrinit is a nasal steroid preparation containing mometasone. The drug has a local anti-inflammatory effect, m.in.

Xymelin contains xylometazoline, which reduces swelling and congestion in the lining of the nose. It reduces the amount of secretion and makes it easier for it to drain from the nose.
