I take fluoxetine 40mg and pregabalin 100mg. I have always been a person with a low heart rate, but since the introduction of medication my heart rate has dropped even more - resting about 50-52. Should such a heart rate value be alarming? Can medications affect them?

Bradycardia, or a drop in heart rate below 60 beats per minute, is one of the uncommon side effects of a drug containing pregabalin.
The addition of fluoxetine may exacerbate this side effect.
