You can stop taking Dionelle tablets on the 15th tablet and take a 7-day break - provided that you have taken the medicine correctly in the last 7 days (between the 8th and 14th tablets).
After a 7-day break, you should start a new (21-day) cycle of taking the tablets. Then the protection will be provided at all times.
