If the prescriber of etoricoxib has been told about all the medicines you are taking, please follow the dosage instructions given to you by your specialist.
According to currently available knowledge, etoricoxib does not interact with Crestore. Unfortunately, I am not able to find the composition of the "slow net 500" preparation.
