Hello, I'm taking yasminelle tablets, I shortened the cycle by 4 days, which is the last 4 pills to speed up bleeding and not get it for the wedding. Bleeding occurred as usual on the 4th day of the break. Does this rule out pregnancy? Pregnancy tests 18.19 days after intercourse showed a negative result, including a beta hcg test at 18 days less than 2.3. Please let me know

To @Jola:
Taking into account the information contained in the question, you can safely rule out pregnancy. The bleeding that occurred 18 days after intercourse was most likely withdrawal bleeding rather than pregnancy-related bleeding. In addition, a negative pregnancy test taken 22 days after intercourse confirms that conception has not occurred.
Implantation spotting, which could suggest pregnancy, usually occurs 10-14 days after fertilization and is very scarce. The bleeding that occurred was most likely the result of stopping taking birth control pills, not a sign of pregnancy. Your bleeding lasted 4 days, which is typical for menstruation, not implantation spotting.
The bleeding lasted 4 days, 5 days it was more spotting. On the 5th day I took the first pill from the new blister. Usually, it was not until the day after taking the pill that the bleeding disappeared. I also did a test 22 days after intercourse from the morning portion of urine and got a negative result. Can I safely rule out pregnancy now? I can't worry about whether this bleeding was the result of lack of fertilization or just stopping taking hormones 4 days earlier. I'd like to make sure and not worry until the next end of the package. Rationally speaking, this bleeding occurred after 18 days after intercourse, so I would rather not get it despite stopping taking the pills. Thank you for your replies and I apologize for duplicating the questions in this thread.

To @Jola:
Clots are a consequence of early discontinuation of the tablets - more epithelium peels off, this is normal.
Pregnancy can be ruled out.
I have one more question - the bleeding is a little more heavy and I see slight clots, is it the fault of the sudden early discontinuation of hormones and there is no reason to worry? If there is bleeding and negative tests, the pregnancy is rather out of the question, I understand?

To @Jola:
So there is no reason to worry. The bleeding occurred on the correct date. You are not pregnant. The next pack should be started no later than 7 days after taking the last active tablet. Then the protection will be maintained.
I got bleeding earlier, but exactly 4 days after stopping the pills. So I can assume that I am not pregnant and this bleeding occurred according to the action of the pills (the cycle was shortened to 24 days). Will shortening the cycle not affect later contraception?
Please let me know

Shortening the cycle of active pills does not always involve shifting the bleeding from withdrawal. Quite often (as in your case), despite deliberately skipping the pills and starting the break earlier, bleeding occurs during the planned break.
It is important that the interval between subsequent packages is not longer than 7 days - then the protection is maintained.
The results of tests performed 18-19 days after intercourse - both urine and blood tests - can already be considered reliable and negative mean that you are not pregnant.
Everything indicates that the protection has worked properly and you are not pregnant.
Continue to take the tablets.
