Can I use Heparegen if I have liver cancer?

Can I take Heparegen for liver cancer? I don't take any other medication except chemotherapy (Lonsurf) Now I have pain in the liver area. Can I support my liver in this way? Thank you

Heparegen is a preparation used as an adjunct in acute and chronic liver diseases of various etiologies and in toxic liver damage caused by alcohol, drugs or chemicals.
Heparegen is a prescription drug, and the prescribing specialist decides whether it is justified to use it in a patient with liver cancer. According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, liver cancer is not a contraindication to the use of Heparegen.
