You can skip the break, but keep in mind that you may not experience withdrawal bleeding and you may experience spotting/mid-cycle bleeding while taking the tablets from the new pack.
And I still have a question if I can not take a break now, but take another package, today is the last pill and from tomorrow there would be a break

In such a situation, if you have taken contraception correctly in the 7 days preceding the omission of the pill, the contraceptive protection has not been disturbed. This means that the risk of pregnancy is negligible.
