I've been taking Brintellix since October 2023, currently 15 drops, Depakine and Carbolito, but I feel worse than before – what to do?

Hello I am taking brintellix from October 2023 first 5 drops then from January 10 drops ,now in April 15 drops but unfortunately I am still very sick we are on May 21, 2024 I feel worse than before ,I also take Depakin and carbolitio from 300 morning and evening helpoo there is no longer I can do it

Taking into account your situation and gradually increasing the dose of Brintellix to 15 drops per day, as well as the use of additional Depakine and Carbolitio drugs, but without improving your well-being, you should consult your treating doctor.

Increasing the dose of Brintellix to the recommended dose did not bring the expected improvement, and the addition of side effects of other drugs may exacerbate the symptoms. Your doctor should reassess your health and consider changing your treatment regimen to get better control of your symptoms. Self-modification of dosage or discontinuation of medication without medical consultation can be dangerous.
