Spotting while using hormonal contraception, such as Vines, can happen, especially in the first months of use, but also later. They can be caused by a number of factors, including minor hormonal changes, stress, or other health factors. If you don't have other symptoms such as pain, fever, or other worrying symptoms, spotting itself doesn't have to be a cause for concern.
