The summary of product characteristics does not specify a maximum duration of treatment. The drug is used according to medical indications, according to the dosage specified by the manufacturer:
"Xonvea should be taken regularly every day and not as needed. As pregnancy progresses, the need for continued use of Xonvea should be reevaluated."
I encourage you to seek advice from the gynaecologist in charge of your pregnancy. Perhaps the situation requires further medication. You may also need to gradually reduce the dose before you can complete the treatment.
