The manufacturer of Tegretol does not report side effects in the form of pain or bleeding gums. However, blood disorders such as thrombocytopenia (thrombocytopenia) and agranulocytosis have been observed in some patients while taking this medicine, which may contribute to bleeding gums. In the case of other medicines containing carbamazepine, the manufacturers report that inflammation or pain in the gums has been observed very rarely.

The symptoms you see may or may not be due to the use of Tegretol. I encourage you to consult a doctor who will help determine their real cause. Pain and bleeding from the gums can result, for example, from inappropriate tooth brushing technique, inflammation of the gums, more serious oral diseases, coagulation disorders or other diseases.
