The timing of caffeine intake can affect its effectiveness and sleep quality.

In most people, the half-life of caffeine is about 5-6 hours. This means that if you drink coffee at 9:30 p.m., half of the caffeine will remain in your system until 3:30 a.m.
Consuming caffeine 6 hours before bedtime can disrupt sleep quality and lead to insomnia. Therefore, drinking a Coke at 11:00 p.m. can significantly impair the quality of your night's sleep.

However, if you regularly drink Coke in the evening, your body can adjust to this schedule. Small differences in the duration of application (10-30 minutes) are unlikely to have a significant effect. Individual sensitivity to caffeine also plays a role. Some people are more sensitive to its stimulating effects, so for them, late consumption can be a problem.

So if you notice that drinking coffee late (after 9:30 p.m.) impairs the quality of your sleep, it is worth considering drinking it earlier. However, small fluctuations in the time of consumption during the hour are unlikely to have a significant impact on the effectiveness of caffeine.
