Yes, you can. The drugs and supplements mentioned in the question do not have clinically significant interactions with each other that would exclude their combined use.

Black cumin oil may theoretically increase the anticoagulant effect of nattokinase, which may increase the risk of bleeding. Isoptin SR-120 (verapamil), on the other hand, can interact with hypertension medications, increasing their effects. Therefore, the simultaneous use of these three substances should be done under the supervision of a doctor and requires regular monitoring of blood pressure to avoid too low pressure.
