The summary of product characteristics does not indicate a risk of interaction with basic anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprom (I advise against Skudexa due to a higher risk of interactions). A contraindication to taking most painkillers may be an underlying liver disease, for which Epclus was prescribed.
