Hello, can I supplement with ashwagandhe, acetyl-l-carnitine, ginko biloba, bacope, pterostilbene, luteine and zeaxanthin while taking escipram 2x tablets a day?

The currently available medical literature does not indicate that there are clinically significant interactions between these substances and Escipram that could have a real impact on the safety or effectiveness of the treatment.

However, it should be borne in mind that interactions between dietary supplement ingredients and drugs are not thoroughly studied and known. Therefore, I recommend that you keep at least a 2-3 hour interval between the supplements you take and Escipram. In addition, if you observe any disturbing symptoms, it is worth discontinuing supplementation and contacting your attending physician. It is also worth considering whether the use of such a large number of supplements is necessary, especially if it is not certain whether there are any interactions between them (due to the lack of reliable research).
