How to change from Novynette tablets to Belara?

I was instructed by my gynaecologist to change my Novynette pills to Belara. And now my question is whether I can take the first Belara pill after taking the last Novynette or only after a 7-day break and whether the protection will be maintained then.

You can start taking Belara after a 7-day break or immediately after the last active tablet of Novynette. In both cases, protection will be maintained.
