How long does it take for it to work Duloxetine? Can you use Duloxetine, Xanax and Surmontil?

Good morning I'm Rosella, I've been taking dulextine 60 mg since April 4 but I still haven't had any improvement and nausea persists, is it possible that I still don't feel benefits after a month ?
I also take xanax 10 drops in the morning lunch and 12 in the evening plus surmontil 3 drops at breakfast and lunch 5 in the evening a few days ago Are they compatible with each other? Thank you for your reply

With Duloxetine, you may feel an improvement after 2-4 weeks. It should be borne in mind that each body may need a different amount of time. Persistent nausea may be an adverse reaction.
If there is no improvement, a medical consultation is recommended after 4 weeks. The doctor will assess the effectiveness of the therapy and on this basis will be able to decide on a change in dosage or drug.

Duloxetine, Xanax and Surmontil interact with each other. Side effects may be exacerbated. It is also possible to increase blood levels and intensify the effect of trimipramine, which is an ingredient of Surmontil. If medications have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is needed to determine whether they can be used at the same time and whether changes should be made. In case the medication is prescribed by the same doctor, lack of improvement and nausea should be discussed.

I attach information about the possibility of using teleconsultation:
