The summary of product characteristics for Implanon NXT does not indicate a risk of interaction with Trittico. There are reports of increased metabolism of antidepressants with concomitant use of oral hormonal contraception (which is associated with reduced potency of antidepressants and the need for dose modification). This information is not included in the case of the contraceptive implant, but you should report any doubts about the potency of Trittico to your doctor. The effectiveness of contraception is maintained.
